If you're struggling with ADHD or Executive Function skills, and you're ready to make a change - You've come to the right place. 

This space and my services are open to all persons with or without an ADHD diagnosis.

I welcome all adults of every race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, class, and career choice (all work is work). 

ADHD is one of the most common cognitive disorders affecting children and adults in the United States.  

There is hope.

While there's no one-size-fits-all approach to managing ADHD, there are many strategies that can help manage symptoms and improve your daily life.
Every person experiences ADHD differently so its important to establish your specific needs and tailor a plan that will work for you to achieve your goals.

Learning to manage ADHD can be incredibly frustrating. Often times it will have adverse effects on careers, relationships, and life.

Is this only for people with ADHD?

NO! This is an inclusive environment, welcoming to all adults in all life stages, with or without diagnosis. The beauty of Universal Design! 

Have you ever heard of the "Curb Cut Effect"? It describes when you design for disabilities, you make things better for everyone in the process. Strategies and Frameworks used for people with ADHD or Executive Function Impairments are amazing tools that can be used by anyone. 

In fact, they may even be preferred to the standard "Pull yourself up by your bootstraps" self-help nonsense...
